Smart Residences Limited, also known as Gidanka, has unveiled a hospitality residence that offers a 360-degree sky view of the city centre, Abuja.
The project named, The Destination, is a 5-star luxury apartment in Wuse, Abuja with various amenities that appeal to fun and leisure.
In a statement, the firm said The Destination is a building consisting of 110 units of luxury apartments, including studios.
CEO/Founder of Gidanka, Olajide Abiola, said the firm is determined to ensure the new apartments “is the toast destination for visitors across the world visiting the capital city.”
He said, “The project, whilst taking 13 months as we began in November 2021, I must say, was only made possible with credible support and partnership with the Norrenberger Advisory Partners and Fidelity Bank PLC, who saw, understood and believed in our vision”.
He further stated that the era of The Destination would provide the citizens with a world-class experience that is equivalent to what can be gotten outside Nigeria.
In attendance at the commissioning was Mr Femi Adesina, Special Adviser, Media and Publicity to President Muhammadu Buhari; Mr Sunday Dare, Minister of Sports and Youth Development; Alhaji Suleiman Hussein Adamu, Minister of Water Resources; Managing Director, Norrenberger Financial Group, Mr Tony Edeh; and Mr Tijani Oladipupo, Managing Director, Norrenberger Advisory Partners Limited, among others.
