The Norrenberger CEO Council is the strategic leadership body comprising the Group Executives and the Managing Directors of Norrenberger businesses. This Council plays a critical role in driving the Group’s vision, strategic alignment, fostering collaboration, ensuring seamless execution of strategic initiatives across all business verticals and ultimately the Group’s long-term success.

The CEO Council holds a mirror that x-rays the activities of the various subsidiaries in Norrenberger Group, which span business, financial performance reporting and other strategic initiatives and thus energises the enterprise commitment to excellence, innovation, market and industry leadership, and charting pathways to financial success for Nigerians.

The council under the leadership of Anthony Edeh

The Group Managing Director/CEO, Tony Edeh chairs the Council and together with his team of Managing Directors and Group Executives orchestrate the realisation of Norrenberger’s aspiration, growth, and transformation ambition.

Meet The CEOs

Pabina Yinkere

MD/CEO, Asset Management

Since joining Norrenberger Asset Management, Pabina has demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic acumen, driving the company to new heights of success.

Pabina is an accomplished investment professional, responsible for driving the asset management strategy of the organization. He has two decades of experience in investment advisory, research, portfolio management, and institutional sales. His career is defined by pioneering achievements that have transformed the Nigerian financial landscape.
Prior to joining Norrenberger, Pabina was Chief Investment Officer at Access Pensions where he effectively managed an impressive $2 billion in assets across 16 funds. Pabina launched the very first Non-Interest Pension and Aggressive Pension Funds in Nigeria. His visionary leadership drove investment performance to secure back-to-back top-two rankings within the pension industry.

Before joining Access Pensions, his role at Vetiva Capital Management as first, Head of Investment Research and later, Director of Institutional Business, was marked by insightful analysis and strategic communication that attracted and retained over $300 million in assets under management. He was part of the team that introduced Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) to the Nigerian market.

Prior to this, Pabina served as Head, Research at the Asset Management Division at Access Bank PLC where he established the Economic and Market Research Desk and successfully launched the Division’s maiden Mutual Funds offering, raising $13 million.

He holds an Executive Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Lagos Business School, Pan African University, Nigeria, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Geophysics from Ambrose Alli University. He has also attended numerous courses in leadership and strategy.

With his renowned contributions and diverse expertise in finance, Pabina remains an invaluable asset to the investment and asset management space.

Elaigwu Unekwu

Ag. MD/CEO, ClearPay MFB

Under Elaigwu Unekwu's leadership, ClearPay MFB rebranded from Fedeth MFB, aligning with a strategic shift to become the preferred salary bank for MSMEs across Nigeria.

Prior to joining ClearPay Microfinance Bank, she worked with the United Bank for Africa (UBA) for 6 six years in varying capacities from Operations, and Customer Service Management to maintaining the bank’s relationship with correspondent banks. She ensured the bank’s liquidity threshold was maintained, managed daily fund resolutions, management of the retail branch, documentation verification, team management, monitoring vault cash, petty cash, and all audits.

She is a graduate of Communications from the Kogi State University and is a Microsoft Certified Professional.

Bolanle Onotu

MD/CEO, Pensions

Bolanle Onotu serves as the MD/CEO of Norrenberger Pensions Limited, leading the company's strategic financial management and client-focused initiatives.

Bolanle Onotu is a distinguished banking professional with over 30 years of experience in commercial banking, mortgage banking, and pension administration. She is an accomplished MBA graduate from the European Business University Luxembourg and holds an MBA in Banking and Finance from the University of Calabar. Throughout her career, She has demonstrated outstanding leadership and strategic vision, driving significant growth and achieving remarkable results.

In her previous role at FBN Mortgages Limited, she led the development of several large-scale residential projects and implemented innovative strategies that significantly improved the organization’s financial performance. Renowned for her ability to build and lead high-performing teams, Bolanle excels at optimizing operations and cultivating strong customer relationships.

She is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management and an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Cost Management. Bolanle’s extensive training in strategic management, ethical leadership, and real estate finance highlights her commitment to excellence and continuous professional growth. Her career is defined by her capacity to lead with vision, integrity, and a focus on delivering exceptional results.

Nasiru Isyaku

Ag. MD/CEO, Infrastructure Bank

Nasiru Isyaku is the Executive Director, Operations at The Infrastructure Bank PLC (TIB). He provides strategic leadership and oversight

Nasiru Isyaku is the Executive Director, Operations at The Infrastructure Bank PLC (TIB). He provides strategic leadership and oversight for the Finance, Human Resources, and Information Technology Departments (IT). As a seasoned professional with extensive experience in banking and other financial services, Nasiru is committed to steering his departments towards achieving TIB’s goal of becoming Nigeria’s leading development finance institution.

Nasiru has held several leadership positions throughout his career. Most recently, he served as the Executive Director of Finance and Banking Operations at 9 Payment Service Bank (9PSB). At 9PSB, Nasiru established a platform aimed at facilitating financial inclusion for Nigeria's underbanked communities. He was primarily responsible for developing the bank's financial strategy, overseeing budgeting, financial planning, and financial reporting, as well as managing investments to achieve optimal returns while effectively managing inherent risks.

Before assuming the position of 9PSB, Nasiru served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Premium Pension Limited, the Head of Finance/Treasurer at the Nigeria Sao Tome & Principe Joint Development Authority, and the Financial Controller at Backbone Connectivity Network (Nig) LTD. From 2013 to 2018, he was the Managing Director and CEO of Business Process Solutions Consult. In this role, Nasiru played a key part in the development of an 80 Mega Watt Solar Plant project in Jigawa State, which is a groundbreaking green initiative currently progressing towards completion and aimed at enhancing energy access for the region. Additionally, Nasiru has gained valuable experience at well-known financial institutions, including Guarantee Trust Bank PLC, FSB International Bank PLC, and Intercity Bank PLC.

Nasiru is a member of several professional organizations, including the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), and he is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).

Nasiru holds a second-Class upper undergraduate degree in Accounting from Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) Zaria. He has undertaken several executive management courses, including the Wharton School’s "FinTech Revolution: Transformative Financial Services & Strategies," the Senior Management Program at Lagos Business School (LBS), and the International Petroleum Management Certificate Program through the International Human Resources Development Corporation in Boston, USA, among others.

Oladipo Olakunle-Jinadu

Oladipo is a seasoned investment banking professional with over a decade of experience in the financial services industry.

Oladipo is a seasoned investment banking professional with over a decade of experience in the financial services industry. He has a proven track record of successfully managing complex financial transactions, including Mergers and Acquisitions, Initial Public Offerings, and Debt and Equity financing. Oladipo is known for his strategic vision, analytical prowess, and ability to build strong client relationships. Currently, Oladipo leads the Investment Banking team at Norrenberger Advisory Partners Limited. Prior to joining the firm, he was the Acting Head of Capital Markets at Greenwich Merchant Bank Limited. Before then he worked at Chapel Hill Advisory Partners Limited.

Oladipo's extensive expertise encompasses Capital Markets, Non-Interest Banking, Financial Advisory, Transaction Structuring & Management and Investor Relations for Corporate Institutions and Governments at both the State and Federal Levels. He started his career at the Central Bank of Nigeria where he worked as an Analyst for his youth Service. His work spans a diverse range of sectors, including Capital Markets, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Banking, Commodities, and Green Financing, totalling a deal size of over N1.5 trillion.

Oladipo holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics from the University of Hull. During his time at the university, he developed a strong foundation in economic theory and its practical applications in the business world.

Kazeem Aidi

MD/CEO Transkredit

Kazeem Aidi provides strategic oversight, ensures sound operational governance, and leads the execution of the Transkredit’s mandate to deliver

Before joining Transkredit, Aidi held several senior leadership roles in reputable financial institutions, including NIRSAL Microfinance Bank and Unity Bank Plc. At NIRSAL MFB, he played a pioneering role in establishing the South-West Regional Office and participated in key national strategic initiatives such as the development of the Bank’s Non-Interest Banking Unit and the automation of the AGSMEIS loan process, which facilitated disbursements exceeding ₦118 billion. He also supervised the implementation of the COVID-19 Targeted Credit Facility across the South-West region and provided leadership for wide-scale credit administration, loan recovery, and product development initiatives covering over 100 branches. His experience demonstrates strong competence in regulatory compliance, credit governance, risk assessment, and stakeholder engagement.

Aidi holds an M.Tech. in Petroleum & Sedimentary Geology from the Federal University of Technology, Akure, and a B.Sc. in Geology from the University of Ilorin. He has also completed multiple professional certifications, including those from the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (MCP), Chartered Institute of Finance and Control of Nigeria (CIFCN), and the Institute of Credit Administration (ICA).His continuous investment in professional development reinforces his suitability for leadership roles within regulated financial institutions and underscores his commitment to upholding high standards of integrity, compliance, and institutional performance
