Dear Client,

The last few months have witnessed many exciting and celebratory moments for Norrenberger serving you, our valued customer.
We attained new heights, and celebrated major milestones in marking our 5th year anniversary; floating our signature corporate responsibility and sustainability initiative – the norrenberger entrepreneurship fund – having recognition as a great place to work and awards as an industry leader in deals and innovative products/services for our development finance and asset management businesses. We have set the bar very high to continuously delight you with innovative products and services.

As a growing business in a fast-changing marketplace, we evolve with the dynamics in our operating environment, and this includes the infusion of talented people to support driving our growth and transformation ambition.
On this premise, I am pleased to introduce Pabina Yinkere, the new Business Head, Asset Management. Pabina brings a wealth of experience and expertise in the capital markets sector, including asset management, pensions, and integrated financial solutions. Join me in welcoming Pabina as he takes over the leadership of our Asset Management subsidiary and drives it to new heights of achievements and success.

Prior to joining Norrenberger, Pabina was Chief Investment Officer at Access Pensions where he effectively managed an impressive $2 billion in assets across 16 funds. He launched the very first Non-Interest Pension and Aggressive Pension Funds in Nigeria. His visionary leadership drove investment performance to secure back-to-back top-two rankings within the pension industry.
Before joining Access Pensions, he worked at Vetiva Capital Management in various capacities with responsibility for identifying and evaluating institutions in target market that attracted and retained over $300 million in assets under management. He was part of the team that introduced Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) to the Nigerian market. Also, in his role as Head, Research, Asset Management Division at Access Bank PLC, Pabina established the Economic and Market Research Desk and successfully launched the Division’s maiden Mutual Funds offering, raising $13 million.

In closing, I thank you, our client, partner, and stakeholder. Your trust and collaboration have been pivotal in our journey, and we look forward to continuing to serve you with excellence, integrity, and the best of Norrenberger in the years ahead. Together, we have created a legacy we can all be hugely proud of. I am excited about the future and look forward with confidence to what we will achieve together going into the future.
