Share Transmission
This is a wealth transfer service which involves the conversion of shares/ investments owned by a deceased investor into an estate account for the benefit of the deceased’s estate.
Nominal Transfers
This service involves the transfer of shares from one related party (Transferor) to another (Transferee) such as parent(s) to children, Company to Director, etc. through The Nigerian Exchange Group (NGX).
Registrar Liaison Services
Norrenberger Securities Limited offers a range of liaison services with Registrars such as share certificate verification, collection of outstanding shares certificates, e-dividend mandate form processing, correction or change of name and address, etc.
Securities Investment Advisory
Norrenberger Securities LImited carries out in-depth market research, technical and fundamental analysis of securities to provide investment advice and recommendations to clients across all segments and assist them in achieving their investment objectives.
CSCS Liaison Services
These services include processing of inter-member transfers, Global Search for investors’ shareholding, correction or change of name and address at CSCS, CSCS accounts merger, provision of CSCS statements, etc.
