Gift Etameta currently leads the Human Resources Unit of Norrenberger. She is a passionate and result oriented Human Resources professional. She has about 10 years’ experience in all aspects of Human Resource Management, with proven track records in driving organizational strategies, developing people strategies, fostering positive work cultures , optimizing workforce performance and change management.

Prior to joining Norrenberger, she worked as an Executive Search Specialist heading the Investment Banking and Asset Management Unit at Oscar Temple. This experience provided her with valuable insights into talent acquisition and the intricacies of the financial services industry.

She holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc.) degree in Biochemistry from Ambrose Alli University and a Master’s degree in international human resource management from Rome Business School. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) and a Senior Professional in Human Resource international (SPHRi).
