Gift Etameta

Gift Etameta currently heads the Human Resources Unit of Norrenberger, where she leads the development and execution of human capital strategy and oversees the full spectrum of HR service delivery. She is a passionate and result-oriented Human Resources professional with about 10 years’ experience and expertise across the HR value chain. Her passion lies in fostering an Inclusive high-performance organizational culture that promotes employee development, innovation, productivity and satisfaction. She is dedicated to cultivating environments where hard work, creativity, and excellence are recognised.

Prior to joining Norrenberger, she worked as an Executive Search Specialist heading the Investment Banking and Asset Management Unit at Oscar Temple. This experience provided her with valuable insights into talent acquisition and the intricacies of the financial services industry.

Gift holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Ambrose Alli University and a Master’s in International Human Resource Management from Rome Business School. She has also completed numerous courses on Business strategy and leadership programs at Lagos Business School and holds key professional certifications, including being an associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) and a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources International (SPHRi) in the United States.
