Norrenberger partners with BAD Gang to celebrate cultural excellence, food, family and wealth creation at Jollof and Palmie 6.0 Bikers and Food Festival

Lagos, Sunday 18th August 2024 – As a business dedicated to delivering excellent premier wealth creation in Nigeria, Norrenberger, in collaboration with BAD Gang, (Bikers with Attitude and Determination), a globally recognised charity-focused motorcycle group, partnered for cultural excellence.

In its 6th year, the success of Jollof and Palmie 6.0 Bikers and Food Festival brought together a vibrant mix of bikers, food enthusiasts, and community members for an unforgettable celebration of culture, culinary excellence, and community spirit.

The countdown to the 6th year of the festival had a buildup of activities prior to the D-day. With a first stop at the Makoko Community on Saturday, August 17th 2024 where the ‘’Jollof to the Streets’’, a charity outreach happened. The Managing Director of Norrenberger Securities Limited, Elvis Otunta representing the GMD, Norrenberger Group, Tony Edeh highlighted Norrenberger’s continued commitment to causes that engender social good in our society stating that Jollof to the Streets was the perfect example of what should happen during these difficult times. The event included an opportunity to share food bags with the women and men in the community, while the children were awarded gifts for their participation in a light knowledge quiz.

At the main festival on Sunday, 18th August 2024, activities kicked off with an exhilarating bikers parade, featuring a diverse group of motorcycle enthusiasts showcasing their impressive rides. Attendees indulged in a variety of jollof rice dishes, prepared by local chefs who highlighted the unique flavours of Nigerian cuisine while other food stalls also offered an array of traditional and contemporary delicacies, ensuring there was something for everyone.

The festival also featured live music performances from top Nigerian artists including the Mavin Records crooner, Ladipoe, other special celebrity guest appearances, games and special informative sessions from brands including Norrenberger. While speaking to the media, the Regional Head, South West, Oluwatodimu Wole-Oni said “For the 2nd time, Norrenberger is excited to be partnering with BAD Gang for Jollof and Palmie. As a brand committed to the financial well-being of its citizens, having social downtime and the luxury to mingle, network and enjoy food with family and friends is an outlet that every Nigerian deserves. The turnout was huge, and we were happy to mingle with returning and new customers as well as local entrepreneurs in the food and lifestyle business who through a good time, are always looking for opportunities to build generational wealth and create financial stability.
