Yetunde Erogbogbo

Yetunde is the founder and managing partner at Rhizome Consulting, a human and growth capital organization. She has over sixteen years of experience in the public, private, and development sectors, specializing in organizational development, project management, change management, culture transformation, succession planning, executive recruitment, and other human capital solutions. Her expertise also includes HR due diligence for mergers and acquisitions as well as HR systems and process definition and implementation.

She has worked for diverse organizations with assignments that include: human resource audit and workforce analysis for the Kofi Annan International Peace Keeping Training Center, Ghana; reviewed the joint financing arrangement for the Peace and Security Department of the African Union Commission; conducted a survey on the impact of entrepreneurial training among selected SMEs in three local government in Nasarawa State, Nigeria and managed the Business Information and Training Center in Nasarawa State for 4 years on behalf of the German International Cooperation (GIZ).

In 2019, Yetunde launched GROW (Great Resources and Opportunity for Work) a platform to help develop and improve the employability skills and competence level of students and graduates in Nigeria.

She holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management and a B. Sc degree in Sociology from the University of Lagos. She is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School. Prior to setting up Rhizome Consulting, she worked as an Organisational Development & Human Resource Consultant/Executive for BRandEDge Consulting, Quanteq Technologies Ltd, and Vic Lawrence & Associates.
